Alfred is 100 % right ! Google Maps does show tennis courts and a basketball court on the property. The picture Alfred shows speaks volumes on what the Society thinks of themselves and what they think of the brothers and sisters in Haiti.
I was on a cruise last year and the cruise ship made a stop in Labadee,Haiti. It was a beach area for the cruise line. Looking at the town of Labadee, it had homes with sheet metal roofs, homes no larger than a two car garage, hilly with bad dirt roads, smoking hot all year long and I'm sure that 99.9% of all the homes have no air-conditioning.
While all the Warwick faithful enjoy their air-conditioned rooms, offices, and maybe play a little tennis and a game of basketball, the last thing in their minds is the people of Haiti.

Finkelstein said:
The JWS religion is an organized and enforced agreement to set of lies or from a biblical viewpoint a seller of a tainted commercialized Gospel.
Just like Coca-Cola sells soda, the Rolling Stones sell compact discs, the New York Yankees sell t-shirts and baseball hats...the Watchtower Society sell Bibles, books, and magazines.

Certainly this is a fine way to spend the short time remaining before the wicked world’s end.”—Kingdom Ministry, May 1974, p. 3
I was baptized in 1974 at a young age of 13 years. The fear that was instilled in me through the talks and magazines was that 1975 might be the end of the old system of things. Brothers who owned businesses sold them to go into the full time ministry. There was a panic mode to pioneer and look spiritual. The talks were how take advantage of the time remaining.
Here we are in 2017 ( 43 years later ), the Watchtower Society build this enormous facility out in the boondocks at the expense of the all Witnesses who truly believed that the system of things was close. Countless money and time has been spent from every Witness from the late 1870's - 2017. While the Faithful and Discreet Slave keep promising that the end is near, life will continue in the same vain ( slaving with no benefits or results ) for all Jehovah's Witnesses who serve today and in the future!
i can't wait till 2017 comes to an end.

I can't wait till 2017 comes to an end. Here are s few things that have happened to my family and I:
My Jehovah's Witnesses mom died in the beginning of the year. She was anemic and refused taking blood. I was not happy with her decisions but she was an adult and chose that route. I told her Doctor that she was so convinced of her faith that nothing would change her mind.
My father was thrown out of the house due to making death threats against my mom while they lived together. Haven't seen him for over a year. He blames my brother and I for throwing him out of the house. He now lives with a close family member.
My roof on my house was damaged from rain/wind storms. My insurance refuses to pay for full roof replacement. Been fighting insurance back and forth for 3 months.
Have herniated disc problems. I am self employed/one man crew landscaper. Have no choice but to work and suffer pain.
Had my gallbladder removed and a hernia repair a month ago. Closed my business for 3 weeks with no income and customers dropping my service because they have no loyalty to anyone. Thankfully, my wife works and have her income to pay the bills.
I owe my brother funeral expenses. He paid for wake/funeral and burial. I don't know when I will pay him. Good thing is that he is not bothering me for the money.
HOW HAS YOUR 2017 BEEN?
i was thinking about this.... in my congregation, i was literally the only one with universitary education, out of a cong from around 110 people.... and we're very close to a very big university, which makes it even weirder.. on the other hand... sooo many here with their own business, mostly small cleaning businesses.
cleaning windows, or cleaning somewhere else... painters.... all have jobs that do not require any education level, cos they never had a decent education.. how is the composition of the jw people/congs that you know about?.
how many painters... cleaners... compared to people with jobs that require higher education?.
In the 40 years I attended the meetings, here are following occupations from my two different congregations :
lots of landscapers
bricklayers
electricians
heating and air-conditioning
janitors
car mechanics
roofers
carpenters
factory workers
truck drivers
painters
secretaries,typists,office workers
production line workers
grocery workers
I don't remember seeing any Doctors,Professors, school teachers,musicians,bankers,investors,C.E.O's of a company,Dentists,or any job that needed a degree.I did see many young teens that worked with computers and have tech jobs. They seemed to understand basic computer skills without going to college.

Blondie:
I think this whole Watchtower study article was written with this photo in mind showing how
The 19 paragraphs were written so this photo would stick out and show : the two brothers on the left are more spiritual because they are neatly dressed, neatly groomed and probably talking about bible matters.
The two brothers on the right show:how the society frowns on tight pants, hair that is not becoming of a Jehovah's Witness and how these two brothers looking at their I-phones have more on their minds( girls, web sites, photos) than spiritual matters.
how ironic that they have asked jws to not look past - tight pants - so called "affectations" - beards - long hair - short hair - and like 1000 other meaningless and trivial things.. https://www.jw.org/en/publications/magazines/watchtower-study-june-2017/can-you-look-beyond-outward-appearances/.
Luke 10:25-16:17
In reply Jesus said: “A man was going down from Jerusalem to Jericho, when he was attacked by robbers. They stripped him of his clothes, beat him and went away, leaving him half dead. A priest happened to be going down the same road, and when he saw the man, he passed by on the other side. So too, a Levite, when he came to the place and saw him, passed by on the other side. But a Samaritan, as he traveled, came where the man was; and when he saw him, he took pity on him. He went to him and bandaged his wounds, pouring on oil and wine. Then he put the man on his own donkey, brought him to an inn and took care of him.The next day he took out two denarii and gave them to the innkeeper. ‘Look after him,’ he said, ‘and when I return, I will reimburse you for any extra expense you may have.’
“Which of these three do you think was a neighbor to the man who fell into the hands of robbers?”
The expert in the law replied, “The one who had mercy on him.”
Jesus told him, “Go and do likewise.”
Don tactfully used three scriptures in an effort to reach Peter’s heart.
I don't believe this story at all! Supposedly,Don walks by Peter for 14 years and never gives him any food or clothing, doesn't bring him to a doctor, doesn't help him find shelter, doesn't call Peter's sister to see if she can help, doesn't call any city services or shelter centers,or takes him to a hospital for a mental and physical evaluation. This story is just to introduce the book, WHAT DOES THE BIBLE REALLY TEACH.

paragraph 19: Or consider 35-year-old Paul from the Zambezi Delta in Mozambique who is severely restricted by ''frozen shoulder.“Reduced mobility does not necessarily mean a reduced ministry,” he says. “I take advantage of different forms of service, such going in crocodile infested waters and lift them over my head and hold them up in the air until all of our congregation members can safely pass through and make it to our KIngdom Hall which is nearby.'' For my own encouragement, I keep a notebook with scriptures and thoughts from our publications that I can consult from time to time. I call it ‘My Crocodile Survival Notebook.’ Discouragement is temporary if we focus on Jehovah’s promises. Jehovah is always there to help us, regardless of our circumstances.” Your situation may be quite different from that of Paul. Yet, you can likely think of ways in which Jehovah has rewarded you and those around you. How good it is to reflect on how Jehovah is rewarding you at this time and how he will reward you in the future!
